Session Cancellation Policy
The single source of truth for all booking and cancellation rules.
To ensure fairness, class availability and a smooth experience for all members, the following cancellation policy applies to every booking made through BookyWay.
All booking changes and cancellations must be made through BookyWay.
Mid-Morning & Evening Sessions
Bookings may be changed or cancelled until:
2 hours before class
After this time:
- • Late Cancellation applies
- • No Show applies
Late Cancellations & No Shows
If BookyWay will not allow you to cancel because the cancellation window has passed:
- • This is automatically treated as a Late Cancellation
- • This applies regardless of class numbers or waitlists
- • You must notify the studio via SMS
For late cancellations outside the BookyWay cancellation window.
Please note
Discretion may be applied in exceptional circumstances.
Failure to notify the studio may result in a No Show being recorded.
Fees and Session Credits
$10 Cancellation Fee
Applies to all memberships.
Session Credits
Part-Time and Casual members forfeit their booked session credit for late cancellations and no-shows.
